Etching primer followed by duplicolor "tough" bedliner. Has more of a matte finish but I noticed it doesn't fade over time

Looks great! Please let us know how it works out once they are mounted. I have heard that some folks don't like bedliner on sliders because it can scrape your legs when you are not in long pants, while others swear by it because it's anti-slip when using them as steps. I've also heard that dragging sliders over rocks can peel bedliner off, but can't say I've ever seen this happen. Real world testing is the best method.

Well it's not "sand paper" abrasive. Enough texture to be tacky enough not slip. Did the same with my front bumper and it's lasted over a year and multiple pressure washes and minor bumps.

But enough about finish, just wanted to shine light on my @Mobtown Offroad sliders. Ima let them cure a bit before install. If I have enough patience I'll snap some pix as well

I’ve seen is happen with my own two eyes. There’s a video and some pictures of that event around this forum somewhere.

And on two other occasions I’ve peeled bedliner in big sheets with my bare hands.

1st pic with the rectangle washer/bolt through frame

2nd pic once placed sliders up and held solely by the 17mm nut

3rd pic shows the rectangle washer/bolt adjusted to peak through slider

After that it's just following directions n such. Last 2 pics are for the beers

Thanks...and had my girl jump in and out with the sliders, she actually dragged her calf on the bedliner. She had no complaints.
