Yeah you are right my 2017 manual was in a ziplock bag. Our. 17 Durango has a beautiful leather folder with dodge embroidered on it.

That comes from the dealer, not Toyota. So whatever they want to include is what you get.

Or the factory. It's listed as "owner's preferred portfolio" on you window sticker. My 15, 16 and 17 came with nice fake leather one's from Toyota.

I've always found it funny how someone can "miss" a vehicle feature for forever. My dads 99 T4R has a card holder in the center console that took us like 8 years to find.

Owe the back to my sales guy and complained I didn't get one. He said it was an option and ordered one through the parts dept. Gave it to me for free.

yeah they gave me two keyless FOB and a separate tailgate key which also serves as kind of a valet key since the vehicle still turns on with it.

yeah the 2016 taco had a separate tailgate key as well because they couldn't open the tailgate with the key inside the two FOBs. The 2017 taco which I and @BlueTacoTRD have comes with two key FOBs and a tailgate key but you can open the tailgate with the key inside the FOB since they changed that for the 2017 trucks. If you didn't get one you can always ask your dealership for one I doubt they would charge you for it.

Toyota adds $6 to the dealer cost for every new vehicle. If you look at your Maroney label, there is no cost to the consumer. Most dealers simply take them off the order and save themselves $6 X however many cars they sell per year. 50 cent folder that actually fits all of the books and has the dealer logo makes a lot more financial sense from the dealer perspective.
