    So folks.... was out at Sycamore today with some visitors from Tucson. Don't know if you heard, but it got ugly. Man and his woman on a quad hit head on with a full size pickup. Driver of said quad had a compound leg fracture, woman passenger was pronounced at the scene. Truck driver and passenger were physically OK but mentally.... not close. One UGLY, hard core scene, and VERY avoidable. You gotta know whats around the corner or over the hill. If not, slow the fuk down.

    Also, love the Toyo's on both trucks. Very smooth and quiet. HOWEVER, my Taco is almost undriveable. I need a deeper cab mount chop. Who can do it before next weekend?

    2"... more if possible. All the way to the body mount would be best.

    Yeah, I generally stay clear of that madhouse on the weekends. It's not bad during the week.

    My old place is out in the desert near where people ride dirt bikes and quads all the time. There was an ambulance or helo picking up someone nearly every week. People would flip, wipe-out, and wreck all the time. Kids would ride across the busy road without looking. Cars are doing 45-50+ and people would get hit because they misjudged speed/distance. Go have fun, but be safe, always be aware whats around you. Know your limitations and those of your rig.
