Yea at first I thought it might just be cold to the touch, but then I ran my finger across it and I could see the water come out!
I'm taking it to the dealership to see what they can do. Hopefully they will help figure this out because this could mold and probably has already. I have not had the time to take the panel off yet but I plan to do it Monday. I will keep you updated if anything significant comes up for a resolve.

    Thank you!!

Ps - do you have a roof rack? If so it it OEM or aftermarket?

When I took delivery of my truck I noticed condensation , after my OEM roof rack install a week later and a boat load of effing rain I noticed wet panels , not saying it didn't exist but it became more apparent .

But how in the F##K can a roof rack transfer to the inner door panel ? I can't do the math on that because the rest of my truck is bone dry.

No roof rack. I see you are in Cali too. We have had a crap load of rain in the last couple weeks. I was thinking about it and wondering if our windows might not be seating tight when they are all the way up. I don't know its just a thought, someone had asked if the window was left down, but I always put the window up. Could have something to do with the automatic-up on the window not fully completing a snug fit and stopping just shy enough to let water in when we have the really hard rain.

I would agree BUT there is not a sign of water on the inside of my driver window - not a drop squeeaks to the touch.

It's so damn confusing to me, I'm annoyingly crucial as they come , I don't leave windows open in storms, but even through a 1 hour car wash and me sitting inside the truck with water just blasting it , not one freaking drop inside

Weird, hopefully you guys get it figured out. My last suggestion........maybe he is on to something with the window. Since it's already wet and probably won't ruin anything else go back to the car wash leave the window open just a hair and see if you have the same issue. Or...pull the door panel off so it doesn't get drenched again and do this.

Getting similar issues here but nowhere near the magnitude:
    - Rear driver side door sill wet days after a rain or long car wash session
    - Increased wind noise on both sides on occassion that seems to get "fixed" when I roll down window a bit and roll back up

Made dealer here note water on door sill during 5K service for record keeping as advised here on TW in another post

I wonder if the plastic vapor barrier is missing from behind the door panel or maybe came unglued and is allowing water through.

    in the dreaded black
I just went through this where the water showed up on the seat belts, OEM roof rack install was the problem, needed to be reinstalled with new hardware by dealer
