Turn signals work, but flash quickly, so I know the bulbs are good. However, I can't get the side markers to illuminate during normal operation.

    Any insight, folks?

    fuse, bulb, wiring

start with a tester at the socket. hyper-blink means something is either burnt out or possibly shorted

also if you have a plug-in trailer wire harness check that as current flows through and if the resistors inside go it can cause issues

Replaced bulb to no avail. I'll try the fuse next.
