Might just be my screen, but the color in those slider pics make the truck look like a really dull blue, like something you'd find 3rd gen.

The sliders are rad too

Naw. It's not your imagination. It snowed recently, and the truck was covered in road crap.

Now let's morph into a giant pink power ranger and destroy the double cab long bed blasphemers!

I've done a mod or two
Double cab short bed is blasphemy, it's car before function. Double cab long bed is very useful, also rides very soft

Idk. I really like the first gen double cabs. Grew up with one in the family. Reason I own a Tacoma today.

It's also the ratchet strap holding the bed on :D

    Helps with downforce. (Probably)

IMG_0813.jpg Started getting the harness pulled for the swap. Started to pull the wiring for the power windows and locks, and realized that Toyota tied in the features I am pulling to the main harness. Damn! I was hoping that it was going to be prewired for these features, but no! I found that it will be easier to pull the entire dash assembly out. At least Toyota labeled most of the computers.

What are the chances you'd part with the center dash bezel and driver side ac vent from your donor? I'm in Denver, could meet you sometime towards the end of next week... PM me?

My first gen DCSB lives on a farm 8 months out of the year and does more work than 99% tacoma owners trucks ever do

Chances are low, considering that I cracked the one on my blue truck a few months back. I could part with the drivers side ac vent, assuming you mean the one on the left of the cluster.

Today, I attempted to pull the intermittent wipers out of the parts truck. I got to the wiper stock assembly, and found that the wiring is all tied together. WHY DIDNT TOYOTA MAKE ANYTHING PLUG AND PLAY!?!
