Wow, I got lucky or actually smart for once.

My drivers door factory 6x9 had stopped working three days ago and I was pissed. I knew I'd killed the speaker with the loud listening lately.

Today, avoiding work while I was at work, I had an online cart ready at ********* and another at Crutchfield comparing prices and I was about to drop a lot of money on new speakers all around.

Went home straight from work to get the credit card that I only use for emergencies and for some unusual reason I got the idea to go pull the interior door panel off and there it was...the connector wire hanging there unconnected.

Plugged it in, speaker worked fine and I opened a beer to celebrate that I didn't spend $700.00 for no currently valid reason.
