    Not that my wife & I have done it but we have heard of other people that have dressed the kids while going to bed so in the morning all they had to do is grab them and throw them in the car.

    I'd be more inclined to just drive them in their PJ's and have them change later :)

    Thinking about picking up a larger tent for jamboree. Kind of dreading a longer trip in the 2 man.

    I recommend looking at this;

    https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-2000...093&sr=1-2&keywords=coleman+instant+tent&th=1

    or this one is not as tall;
    https://www.amazon.com/Coleman-2000...89119161&sr=1-3&keywords=coleman+instant+tent

    We have the first one. They are very easy and quick to set-up and the 2 that we have been through some heavy storms with high wind.

    If you are interested in this type of tent I can bring one to C&C for some hands on inspection.

    I may have the stock bolts as well if you're in need. I'd have to check. But You may want to crawl under there and make sure that your diff drop didnt require cutting the cross member that supports your diff. I know the pro-comp kit requires this, making it hard (i wont say impossible) but unlikely to go back.

    Were talking about upgrading as well. We wanted to go RTT but with the dog it doesnt seem like the best solution. So weve been looking into the OzTent heard really great things. They are a bit spendy but an overall solid tent that will last a long time if you plan on using the crap out of it.

    Yeah, RTT seems great but I don't want to pack up camp every morning.

    The oztent is on my short list. I like the speed and being able to put my pants on while standing sounds amazing. The price is crazy but if it lasts it's worth it.

    Thats exactly how we feel, and to have room for the lady and I as well as the dog would be amazing. Our current setup works, but no standing and somehow the lady and the dog always end up with our sleeping pad and I get the leftover space.

    I spoke with a guy recently that had one, and he swore by it. Says he wouldn't use anything else now that he's got one.

    My only hang up is that its longer in the bag than the bed, so you almost have to have a roof rack to strap it to. But hey more gear, no problem right.

    Yeah, the diff sits on a brace that is part of your frame. So in order for it to "drop" you have to cut a channel out of that brace allowing it to move down and can rest on the new diff bracket that comes in the kit.

    Damn, that's nuts. I had a shop install my kit from Toytec. I'm hoping they followed (which don't mention any crossbar trimming).

    That's a good point actually. 6.5'.

    No roof racks without drilling on access cab though, so guess I'm hanging it off the bed.

    Are people actually installing diff drops on 2nd gens? They were required when lifting a 1st gen but irrelevant on 2nd gens and can a tually lead to more problems as it allows it to rotate and break stuff.
