What is it about the internet that people immediately start to bitch and complain about a product before taking the correct actions with the manufacturer? Do they think somebody like King will see they are a whiney bitch and offer them free stuff?
Now, I could see if it was proven the shocks were defective and they refused to fix the issue, but OP didn't wait to see what Icon would do first. then he claims the phone has been disconnected at Icon, which is a complete lie. Chances are, if they are both leaking, someone screwed something up during install, like loosened something sealed when they shouldn't have, creating a leak. What we will not know, is OP will get them fixed even if it is his fault, but he won't ever let us know.

TRUCKS, TARS (tires), and EXTREME OFFROAD tend attract lower common denominators. Like Japanese cars used to attract ricers who would burn out with 1 front wheel in their hand-me-down '96 4-door Civic those warm summer nights 10....14 years ago. Damn I'm old.

Yes, if one leaked id say manufacture issue both leaking makes me believe installation problem.

I'll give benefit of the doubt, but if icon says improper install I won't be surprised.

Given I'm sure they were produced around the same time.

I'm still gonna say improper installation if I was a betting man.

Icon responded and are taking care of it. I pay to ship them back and they will rebuild and send it back. Install is pretty simple I kept preload below the stated 2.13 inches. I am not sure but possibly the added weight might have limited my up travel.

5100's all around, OME 887 with 1/4" spacer, icon 3 leaf aal. 255/75/17 BFG KM's on 4runner pro's. Rigid led pods. Debadged and tinted.
I had one start leaking after 3,000 miles on my 4Runner. It had maybe 20 miles of low speed trails. Nothing over 15-20mph. I sent it in to SDHQ for repair. They were excellent about getting it taken care of, it just sucks having to pay shipping, while having my brand new vehicle on jack stands in the garage for two weeks. The dude at SDHQ says they have seen quite a few leaking out of some of the packing, boo.
