any advantage to going with 255-70-17 vs stock 265-65-17 with 2015 Sema Pro wheels

I've been looking and reading for the last 2 days on the forum and decided finally just to ask my specific questions. I have a 2016 trd Sport Stock with the 265/65/17 stock Firestone Destination LE road tires on the 2015 Sema Pro wheels. I want to go to something a little more aggressive and am going to go with the Cooper AT3's. Is there any advantage to going with the 255/70/17 over just getting the stock 265/65/17? The sema wheel is only a 7 inch wheel which is what got me thinking about going with a 255. But they seem to be very close to the same size wheel when I use the tire size calculator. I do not off road, other then camp roads sometimes. My number one concern is rubbing, I don't want any rubbing even at full lock. I know the more aggressive tire even at the stock size could have more potential to rub due to the tread and sidewall pattern. ThenI was wondering about better fitment with the 255 on the 7 inch Sema wheel and if there was any advantage for city/highway driving. Any insight would be very helpful. Here is the current pic of the vehicle:

I have 265/70/r17's and as far as I know that's the biggest you can go without rubbing at all. Now I did add mud flaps and I rub on those from time to time.

EDIT: I should say that's the biggest with no lift and on 17's, also I get decent MPG's with them, very minor change from bone stock, MAYBE 1-2 mpgs, maybe.
