ARB bull bumper, warn 9000 with synthetic rope, icon CO's & 700lb coils, road armor rear bumper, dakars + Archive Garage shackle flip.
Hit a ditch doing ~25mph. Passenger side took the impact. Pushed the bumper into the fender, broke the vallence piece under the headlight. Bumper sprung right back out. Didn't have to pull or manipulate it back into place. As far as I can tell it's still straight. ARB bull bar. The lower control arm didn't do to well, bumper is stout!

Seeing these pics make the choice to get a bumper easier. I do a lot of driving late night/early morning and spot drunk drivers quite often. Wanting to get the weld it yourself SOS plate bumper

That is the one I want as well. Getting it through the "keeper of the budget" (my wife ;) ) is not easy. Sure my bills are paid and I have decent credit, but come on .... LOL!

Hit a deer going about 45 not too long ago. Not a bit of damage to my ARB. The only thing damaged was my license plate (which fell off) because it was held on with electrical tie wraps.. A heavy plate bumper is a must if you live in deer country like I do.. My mom has a warn steel bumper w/winch on her FJ and ive lost count of the number of deer she's hit in that thing without damage.

Saw this on Facebook. Guy said it is a fab fours bumper at 10mph into a Dodge Ram.

That's the problem, they skimped out on using heavy duty steel for both cost savings and weight reduction. 11 gauge 1/8 steel won't save a thing against a dodge ram, hell their sheetmetal bumpers are most likely the same thickness also.

Let me get this straight. In addition to them being aesthetically pleasing, they also hold up well on impact? I would have never guessed.
