Hey everyone. I bought a 20 inch light bar and I bought a wiring harness with relay and fuse switch and all that. What I'm wondering, i want to wire it so it only turns on and off with my high beams and eliminate a switch. I have HIDs and I never use my high beams unless I'm on dirt roads. So what I'm curious is the correct way to do this. I know how to wire the relay and lights to a switch. But to wire to my high beams do I just run the wire that would go from my relay to a switch and run that into my high beams wire instead? Also I hear next to your head light is the best place to tie in but how? Thank you!

Don't cut into wires to power the switching side of the relay. Run your wire from 85 on the relay (wire that goes from the switch to the relay) to fuse 30 or 32 on the fuse panel. If the fuse panel is not the same as this, find the fuse for the high beam (left or right). Use an add a fuse to hook into the circuit.
