What is the length and diameter of hose you used for this? I'm going to use the front axle union in the rear btw

The diameter of the hose should be whatever diameter the union nipple is. Length should be long enough to fully relocate the breather to a higher point, either in a bed cubby box, or behind a taillight. You could even mount it to your roof, if you wanted. Length is all up to you

Is the rear the only breather that needs raised? Where are the breathers for the front diff, trans, tcase and engine? (If it has them at all)

If the front breathers, under the hood, get submerged in water....it's time for a new truck and a salvage title for the current one

I ask because I'm coming from a Jeep that required to lengthen 4 breathers. Where are they on the Tacoma?

Rear is right on top the diff, come at it from driver's side underneath. Behind the rear tire.
I have a 4 cyl 4x4. Pretty sure the front drivetrain breathers are under the hood, routed along a fender coming up into the engine bay, I think. I'm not 100% sure because I don't have a snorkel and won't be purposely putting water over my headlights any time soon.

There are a TON of threads about every possible thing here. Just take time and search a few minutes. Use solid key word searching

Is this going to work? Doesn't have any threads but it's from the front axle

No it's not going to work, it has the thread into the rear axle.

The front dif and ADD actuator breathers are on the driver's inner fender close to the brake master cylinder. The trans case breather is on a hose laying on top of the tranny (could be extended if you want). The trans breather, if auto, is on a hose on top of it that comes up to the back of the engine block (can also be extended if you want). If manual trans, I believe its directly screwed into the top by the shifter (can be extended if you want as well).

Someone has a write up showing all the breathers extended. Found it! https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ny-transfer-case-and-e-locker-breather.15093/
