Okay somebody's got to be the asshole asks... So why should someone buy Hitents over CVT or Tepui? When comparing the hitents Jamala over CVT Mt. Shasta standard summit or Tepui Kukenam SKY Ruggedized, the biggest difference I can see is the Hitents Jamala comes in a whopping 50 pounds lighter... Which is considerable! but I'm wondering where that weight is lost especially since they offer the thickest ripstop Canvas out of the three.. Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to the rooftop tent game but I am in the market to buy soon so I was hoping someone could shed some light on the areas that hitents excels in.

Also I'm not trying to start a general discussion on which tent I should buy just wondering what makes hitents stand out. So if you don't want this comment in this thread just let me know and I'll delete it, no offense taken whatsoever.

HiTents is lighter because instead of diamond plate floors they use aluminum with an insulated core.

HiTents also uses the heaviest canvas available until you step up to Ezawn. The canvas is treated to repel water so condensation will stay away unless it's below 0 of course.

Customers have also commented that their mattresses are firmer so you're not hitting the floor in the middle of the night.

Nope have not seen it. Might need 5 more. You are the first patch to touch the other side of the roof though! Almost 50% of the headliner covered :bananadance:

Hows the tent buisness going? You would think more people would need more expo points. :boink:
