    That's the unfortunate part. We had a druggie that took 3 years for him to be fired. He tore all kinds of stuff up. Finally they put him on sick leave and in a drug rehab program. He failed 7 drug tests to enable him to come back. So they gave him the option to quit or be fired, he quit.
    He just had a baby that same week too smh
