    I agree, don't seal the head of the snorkel because it won't let the water drain properly out of those drain holes.

    Also I just used the self tap screws that was provided. I didn't overdo it with the self tap screws.

    I ended up sealing them but they can easily be unplugged if need be. Plus there are two small holes in the air box near where the filter is that I left unplugged.
