The comparison from the old one and new one. I'm very happy with all the changes I made after talking to Insain and Tim. This arm is going to be a lot more lighter with better ground clearence. Hopefully this will be the finial one for now.

Ha! Yeah those will never be on my truck. So tacky. There will be some BBR on some of the stuff. It's going to be very limited.

I cut a bunch of size off this 2nd one. It should help lighten it up a lot. Cutting out a lot of 1/4 and changing it to 3/16 and 1/8. Time to design the outer shell.

    IMG_4985.jpg

    IMG_4981.jpg

I change the angle for the shock rod ends so they have more room.
    IMG_4982.jpg

I brought it up to about an 1-1.25 for clearence.
    IMG_4983.jpg
    IMG_4984.jpg

    IMG_4986.jpg
I remembered to subtract the thickness of the outer shell to the ani wobble uniball housing. This was the main reason why I decided to redo it.

    Looks insane Ray.......! ^^^^^^^

Curious how the one piece headlight housings bolt in. Do you reach in from underneath to access the side bolts? I'm definitely getting the 1 piece too.....

Thanks. When you do that are you changing the radiator core support. If you are good. Because there is two steel brackets that come on the core support for the head lights to mount to. they bolt to that. But your going to need one more bracket. The pic below shows which one it is. Those brackets come with new head lights for 01-04. So you might have to find some from somewhere. Junk yard, another taco down the road :p JK.
This is the one your going to need
    IMG_4992.jpg

This one comes with the one piece headlights. Two nuts hold it onto the Radiator core support brackets that your going to need.
    IMG_4993.jpg

Since you have glass just fassen the corner sections how you feel fit.

Cool man thx.... that's what I had seen too. It seems there are two brackets that go in between the fender and core that I'll need.

Yeah those are the ones that are spot welded to the core support. I tried going to Jimsyoda to get some but he wouldn't sell them to me. Maybe you'll have better luck then I.

OH @j0shu4 when you get the headlights. Run a small bead of silicone around the lens and housing. There are some gaps that let in water. When you get them just take a close look at that seam you'll see what im talking about.

Yes. They bolt onto the top corner of the fender and radiator support. Just above between the head light and corner light come together. and another bolt goes on the bottom. Let me go take a pic for ya.

I'm going to mod them pretty heavily. Not as much as my last ones though. Still putting in dual projectors but only with demon eyes. No halos......and maybe like only 2 individual drl LEDs. I'll probably remove that whole row of LEDs the assembly comes with. I'm hoping there's room to mount 2 projectors with modification.
