Steering wheel goes in and out of alignment

    My steering goes in and out of alignment. I think that its the cheap NAPA steering rack that I had installed a few years back, but I could be wrong. Has anyone had this problem before? The truck doesn't pull to either side, the steering wheel itself goes out of alignment.

    2006 Tacoma 4x4 Trd Sport.
    3" lift 5100 and toytec springs
    Camburg UCA with uniball
    Energy Suspension Bushings in LCA
    Rear add a leaf
    Steel bumper in the front (130lbs)
    285/75R16

    I had this on a different car and it was due to sticking in the steering shaft ujoint

    Check those polyurethane bushings too--over the years I have had more than one distort, crack, and/or crumble.

    This was a supposed to be "high-end" adjustable strut mount for '99-'04 Mustangs, it disintegrated in fewer than 8000 miles:
