Steering wheel goes in and out of alignment

My steering goes in and out of alignment. I think that its the cheap NAPA steering rack that I had installed a few years back, but I could be wrong. Has anyone had this problem before? The truck doesn't pull to either side, the steering wheel itself goes out of alignment.

2006 Tacoma 4x4 Trd Sport.
3" lift 5100 and toytec springs
Camburg UCA with uniball
Energy Suspension Bushings in LCA
Rear add a leaf
Steel bumper in the front (130lbs)
285/75R16

 

Make sure the rack mounting bolts are tight, and the bushings are good.

I have poly bushings on my steering rack. I am leaning to believe that it is the rack after all, but I will first get new factory bolts and make sure everything is tightened to specs.

 

I had this on a different car and it was due to sticking in the steering shaft ujoint

 

Check those polyurethane bushings too--over the years I have had more than one distort, crack, and/or crumble.
