I have 2014 Taco TRD Sport and can get a great deal on rough country 3" lift kit because the guy ordered the wrong kit. He does not have the rear shocks though. Can I install the 3" spacer kit using my factory OEM rear shocks ?

you probably can, but it probably isn't a great idea due to lack of travel.

and technically you can but youl have little uptravel. itl ride bad and increases possibility of damaging shocks

You can get a great deal because Rough Country is lawn tractor grade.

You have a fairly new and valuable truck. Do the work right. Call Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road and order up the right bits for your goals.

its not the brand its the spacer lift in general. what those manufacturers dont tell you is that by design they over extend the front end components and you bottom shock out before even hitting bumps which damages the shock. they are purely cosmetic and make the ride worse and cause premature wear on front end components.
