1 - I bled the system twice before the transmission replacement. Once before replacing the master and slave, and again after replacing the master and slave. Then they replaced the transmission, and it's still shifting exactly the same.
2 - It could be throttle hang--not sure. I do see a slight increase in RPM while the foot is off the gas and the clutch just went in. I assume it's because I'm quick from foot off the gas to clutch in. Maybe fuel is still flowing for a second. RPM might go up 250 or something.

These are the parts I replaced: clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, transmission, clutch line, master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch fluid. Are there any other parts that could cause this problem?

Also, what RPM do you all shift from 1st to second at? It seems like if I shift at a lower RPM it's happier. But sometimes still, it'll really resist going into gear for seconds. Kind of like reverse and first can be tough to get into. Reverse sometimes requires me to pump the clutch a second time and try again, by the way. Not sure if that's normal.

Have you adjusted your clutch pedal free play?
