Yes agreeded. Example - It is hard to compare racks without pics.

Then you too are an old goat like me. What great memories. Imagine how those used to a horse looked back on them when automobiles replaced them. I dream at times of being able to revisit those days. ( with today's money to buy a brand new 57 Chevy or 64 Austin Healey 3000 or a brand new Harley Davisvision knucklehead. Great days. Music was the best too. Although the 1940's had some swinging bands and dances. I was born in 1949 and watched the music evolve. What memories! Dannyblues

And it's great for prelubing your muzzle loaders and preventing chain fire on a black powder revolver. I don't think they teach these basic skills in public school anymore. Dannyblues

Not on this thread but please all forgive my last reply on this subject. ( unless we expanded this thread to include what type firearms are in the rear window gun rack on your Tacoma? ).... I myself haven't fired a muzzle loader in a while and have some that have never been fired, wall decorations thus far, and several unbuilt kits, but I've left word with my wife and son what to do with all my firearms, Harley and several valuable items when I go off roading to paradise. Public schools don't teach you a lot of things. They may teach you about STD's but nobody warned you about child support.

Very different than when I went to catholic school both grammar, high and one year of college.

In my day STD was either a new model car or in school a State Test Document. I learned all that stuff from older guys especially ex army GI's and the rest in the back seat of a car.

Sad how things change not for the better and we now live in a world with very advanced medical and auto and weather and communication technology at the loss of social interaction on personal levels and working out differences after school or in the street one on one.

I once was quoted a very profound and appropriate saying:
"Rule yourselves of be ruled by tyrants"

If we can't all let each other live and let live and love our neighbor as ourselves then the government makes laws to restrict our individual behavior where police or military enforce it and we become incarcerated and ruined for life.

Why can't everyone just be happy. Buy a manual shift Tacoma and share the joy of ownership and help each other understand the new possibilities that exist within his or her Tacoma

I'm open minded! Automatic ( if you must ). Street driven only or off road. V6 or 4 cylinder. Single or double cab. Long or short bed. All the bells and whistles or a plane Jane. 2 WD or 4 WD.

Let's just be grateful for our lives and trucks and share our strength, hope and experience with others.

And when some guy whizzes by you on the highway don't get even... get a supercharger!
