I love the design, but it doesn't look like you make them for a Reg Cab......

A lot. Check out my build page.
Just priced out all the skids I want from you guys (pretty much every one). Any discounts for buying it all or anything extra for TW members? Gotta at least ask.

The website didn't show options for 3rd gen AC. Do the AC and DC mount up the same?

Hey guys! Sorry I super missed this one... The double cab short bed and access cab use the exact same sliders.

Also, we DO have a Tacoma World forum discount of 5% off which applies to anything on our site. Code is simply TW

Just curious how far they stick out? My wife really likes the stock running boards, however I want something functional for off-road and her. Thanks.

I have many photos in my build thread of them on my 2nd gen DCSB. If you need a certain angle let me know, the link is in my signature.

They are completely bolt on. There are two "optional" holes that can be drilled on the bottom flange but most people don't drill them unless they plan to wheel it extremely hard. I haven't even drilled them on ours yet and we have used the sliders to lift the truck more than once.

Prices are all on our website, but they are $510 bare, $660 powdercoated and add $100 if you want the tread plates on top.

Lead time is looking right around a week right now, maybe two weeks for a powdercoated set.

How much do the normal versions will no fill plates weigh? Is the no-drill bolt on sufficient to hold the vehicle up via hi-lift jack? Not getting extra anchor points would worry me...

Would it be possible to have them sent directly to my local powder coater?

@Joshp767 I got a 2016 Tacoma, are the bolts that mount to the bottom of the frame protected or exposed? Figure if we scrape or slide on any rocks, those bolts might be compromised

What type of bolts do I need to use because my sliders came without the bolts today for my 4runner

@Joshp767 sorry for the sort-of thread resurrection- I'm looking at ordering the whole shebang from you guys- sliders and engine, tranny, transfer case skids. Any idea how the suspension on a stock 3rd gen will handle the new weight? A lift isn't in my cards until next year, but I intend to wheel in some places with rocks before then.

You would be fine. The additional weight would be well distributed. If the truck can handle my mother-in-law then it can handle probably an extra 250lbs or so. I currently have their sliders and front skid and noticed no difference when I still had stock OR suspension.

Another thread revival - does anybody have pics of different slider angles? I think 20 deg. is standard but I'm wondering what 15, 10, or even 0 deg looks like. Looking for a good angle to serve as an easier step for the wife/kids.

Did you ever go with these? Your post was a while back but I’m curious. I have the same situation with wife and kids. I just ordered some at 5 degrees. Prob will stick out a lot.
