Seems that always happens. When we shut the office from Christmas Eve to Jan 2nd I think yea man I'm going to lay back and relax. Play some Xbox etc. etc. Next thing I know I've realized all this crap that I need to do then boom! Right back to work on Jan 2nd. I'm busier when I'm off than I am when I have to work.

Hey @Otis1382 how bad were your tailgate inserts to put on. Does the soapy water trick actually work?

Easy. Yes. Supposedly takes 24 hours to completely set according to the instructions. There was a chance of rain so I used my wife's "heat gun" to speed up the process

It was easy, I just sat back and watched my wife work. She did use the soapy water trick, it was pretty easy looking from what I could tell:rofl:

I'm good with that. I realize that might be a drive for @Sandytaco14 . it was the place I was originally thinking of when I said bbq afterwards. every time I head out there I pass by a place called Augusts Bbq. always seems busy and they have a patio...and beer. Let me know when, where, and time. Have a buddy that wants to ride a long. anyone else?

I started cleaning up a little last night. The pile has shrunk from 8" high on my workbench down to 4".

wife and kids just got home so I showed her the shocks. I was outside so I was showing where they would go. she was asking if they would fit because how much bigger they are. then the price. "how much were those again?" she asks.
    "uhhh....$400?" I reply.
her "that's for the front too, right?"
    me "um, no".
her "how much for the fronts?" now I cant post final prices but the list is 16xx I think with a 18% discount so y'all can do the math.
    Me " um, $1xxx?".
her. "I think I should get all the money from your wheels and tires"

Ive never done vinlys before or tint for that matter. Is it bad that i feel more comfortable tearing an engine down and rebuilding it than i do putting vinyls on.
