I just crawled under and hit all the nuts and bolts on suspension parts that I could see with PB Blaster. I really don't fit under my truck when it's on the ground...

Damn New England now and cold and salty roads and winter and shit! Hopefully this means I'll be installing my lift kit soon. Woo!

The speed wire is a neat product and I used it before on my two "ahem" Ridgelines "ahem" when I ran from the amp to behind the radio. This time around, I'm bypassing the stock speaker wire and running 12 gauge straight to each door speaker.

Well, even if you go with one of the current Pioneers, you'll be in good shape.
If your kiddos will be watching videos, get one of these so you can play videos while not parked:

Using an iDatalink Maestro vehicle interface. It handles steering wheel controls and adds the gauge and TPMS screens.

No. There may be some hacks that could be done, but that is above my skill level. I have an UltraGauge in the overhead console that shows trans temp.
It doesn't show trans temp in the video, but I have it set up to display it. The video was mainly to illustrate the install.

So you're saying our OEM TPMS sensors are able to read each individual pressure, but toyota didn't decide to add that interface to the headunit? :annoyed:

What was wrong with the 5800? Just curious.

If you're getting another one, just get one of the NEX ones with the iDatalink port.

The data is there, Toyota just didn't supply a way to display it. There is TONS of data going on behind the curtain. This is just the ECU:

Replaced all of my power steering fluid today with Valvoline Maxlife ATF.

For those who are planning on doing this and do not have a way to syphon out the reservoir, I just disconnected the return line and let it drain out since you have to disconnect it anyways haha I drained it into the same catch can I use when I change my oil filter. Then I extended the return line with a 3/8 barbed coupling and the left over hose from my diff breather mod. everything went smooth and I didn't spill a drop

50%, or 5%? The percentage is the amount of light that gets let through, so 50% is very light.

I did 50% over the factory tint. Should be a bit darker than 20%.
