Alignment questions - lift install coming up

So, I'm ready to have my lift installed (~2 inch, 5100s + OME 884s) in the next couple of weeks. I also added Light Racing UCAs to the kit. So- is alignment just a matter of once the kit is installed, the alignment numbers should be dialed back-in to the stock numbers? Or is there some other settings that should be used? How does one know?

I am also putting new tires on: 265/70 17s. My rig is a 2012 DCSB.
