Thank you. I guess I'm not worried about a couple hundred miles then with a barely noticeable vibration. My wife says I'm crazy but I know it's thereo_O

I did the 2inch leveling on the front. Noticed the viberation in the gas pedal and could hear something coming from the front end. Installed the new ecgs ptfe bushing and problem was solved. There it's to much play with the needle bearing. The bushing closes up the tolerance

Is the bushing ptfe? I thought it was oil impregnated bronze. Just interested, I'm getting ready to order mine.

I agree with others. I had an extremely faint vibe at low speeds sometimes. I replaced the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing and got instant gratification. Truck rides smoother than ever.

It has a ptfe coating. I've called ecgs and they said it should last the life of the vehicle

Wasn't to bad. Have a bearing puller on hand to remove the needle bearing. I don't remember the steps of doing it. Was last year sometime but I have 7,000 miles on that bushing now with no problems

How long did you have the vibration for before replacing it?

I would guess 1-2 thousand miles. Then I got annoyed and looked further into it

No noticeable damage from running it like that? I have to replace mine and haven't ordered it yet.

There was slight wear on the end of the shaft. Nothing major just glad I got it done before say the needle bearing were to go or wore the shaft more
