Rims, Tires, Exhaust 4 Starts

Hey everyone, got a question..... as far as modification two rubber on the ground. I don't want to lift my taco, yet but I do want to put some wider rims on with p265 tires how much offset do you guys and gals think I need to just bring the tire even with the edge of the stock fender skirts?

Is there a good after market exhaust company that I can bolt on using factory hangers etc myself from Cat back for my 2.7 Four Banger

 

Stock catback will provide the best low end torque, pair it with a lce header for the most usable performance gains
