So im looking to lift my 2010 sr5. I dont do any wheeling off road other than beach driving for surf fishing. Only thing i tow is my 12 foot boat, which is not heavy at all. I know i want to do billy 5100s all around. I only want to do 2-3 inch lift and be able to fit maybe a 33inch tire, just for a little bit better in the sand. Think blocks will be ok in the back or should i do aal? And which springs best for front? Ome, toytec, or stock?

Go AAL for the rear, cost close to the same as blocks and will help better with towing.

Hit up @HeadStrong Off-Road and they can steer you the right direction

If you go with a 3" lift you might have to get new aftermarket UCA's too. Something to think about if money is a factor.

You're not going to fit a 33" tall tire without cutting some sheet metal. 265/75R16 or 265/70R17 is about as big as you can go without trimming though certain wheels will still have some clearance issues with this size.

I'm a huge fan of 1.6" Eibach Coils and Bilstein 5100's on lowest setting. 1.6" is just enough to gain some clearance and the Eibach Coils are firmer than stock without being harsh. For the rear I would skip the AAL and get a full leaf pack. My AAL barely supports my empty bed with canopy and I'm sitting level at just 1.6" of front lift.

Hit up Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road . For 2inch lift you can go with 5100's all around , 884 coils or headstong coils and Headstrong AAL . But if you're going to tow go with a single AAL. I have a similar set up but I replaced the rear oem bumpstops with some sumosprings bumpstops.
