Thanks for all the hard work on these, @Lostsheep -

quick Q - how deep are the threaded 1/4-20 holes?

Holes are drilled to .625" deep, and a bottoming tap was driven in to .50", measuring I was able to get .450" of thread engagement. This could probably be increased if you wanted to drive a bottoming tap all the way in by hand. I was aiming to accommodate 1.5 times the diameter or .375" without driving the tap too deep and risk breaking it.

OP updated with some install pics to compliment install instructions.

    That's the one.

I am pretty sure RAM makes them with different thread lengths, if memory serves me correctly they are 1/4" , 3/8" , and 1/2". My mounts should accommodate the 1/4" and 3/8" no problem and maybe the 1/2". I was able to get .450" of thread engagement so to get a full 1/2" of thread you might need to drive a bottoming tap (the hole was drilled deep enough for this.)

Well, I have 4 sets ano'd and bagged here ready to go. I'm going to PM the next 3 on the list to get them out, but I was thinking I would let the first person to post a pic (who hasn't already) of these installed, name someone else on the list and I'll send the fourth out to that person complimentary.

Motivation for this is just to pass on the good Ju Ju and to motivate you guys to get them installed lol.

    Any takers?
