    There's a slightly older Chevy dually that I drive by every day going in to work, with a for sale sign in the window, I'll stop by it when I get off today and see if there's a phone number on there, just driving by the thing looks damn near spotless

    got some feedback from the buyer's realtor. they absolutely love the house, and said it was their favorite of everything they've seen. problem is that it's a little out of their price range. we aren't looking to make money on this house. only looking to get back what we put into the down payment. so the questions becomes, will they be able to stretch their budget enough to get to our magic number......

    oooooh, yummy!

    get that sumbish nice and hot once before you put food on it. drums like that are coated on the inside specifically for whatever they were intended to contain, and some of the coatings are pretty nasty when they burn off.
