    Already have sliders?

If planning to actually off-road many do front first, BUT I have actually hit my rear bumper on things WAY more than my front. So for functionality I'd probably go rear... unless you just drag your tow package on stuff :notsure::popcorn:

    Like, so many.
I mean, front looks cooler, so there's that.

No, do not have sliders, didnt consider those yet. Realizing you can pour money into an endless bucket if you want to go all out for the gear.

    Are sliders more important?

Sliders are most important and should be first

    Truck stuff
    Heres my choice on armor
    1. Sliders (Bumpers are cheap compared to rocker panels) and Skids (Not going anywhere if you bust your oil pan)
    2. Front (looks cooler than back and good to have better front recovery points since there are no good recovery points stock)
    3. Back (better recovery point than a hutch shackle and more clearance with the removal of the tow package stuff, I just drag mine for now)

    Sliders first no matter what.

The approach angle on these trucks are already pretty solid. The ass often gets dragged on hills so do the rear first. Plus if you got the cash, you can have the rear bumper set up for a full size spare tire and some extra gas.

Sliders and skids are more important than aftermarket bumpers IMO

My next truck will not have aftermarket front or rear bumpers. Sliders and a good set of lightweight skids.

Increased road noise, decreased MPG, and increased weight; all for a little bit of approach/departure angle and protection for when you screw up. It's been a long time since I have accidentally hit or dragged one of my bumpers. You can get through a lot of trails and lot of obstacles without hitting bumpers with care and experience.

    Sliders first.

I did skid plates first. Then bumpers. Then sliders.

Do sliders first. If you off-road for real that's where you'll likely do the most damage to your vehicle.

If you have the oem tow package you'll be surprised how much protection that thing offers you on the rear end. LOL The tow receiver will drag on just about every obstacle you come off of.

Front bumpers often give you better approach angles by exposing your tires more. This allows you to approach at greater angles (left to right) and crawl larger objects without ripping your front end off.

If you truly want to off-road 4 reelz... do a high clearance rear bumper. Buy Once, Cut Once, Cry Once.
