opinions wanted

So I have yet to put the rings on my SOTA DRT's because I was thinking of powder coating them black. Could use some opinions, I am kinda out to remove as much shine as possible, gonna plastidip the badges, linex the grill etc. But I need to make a decision on weather or not to black out these rings, satin them or leave them... Help a brother out.

Leave them shine. Looks like a faux beadlock. If they are black it just looks like any other wheel.

 

I think the ring is too much. It would take a pretty wide tire to make it look right. Too bad the lip they bolt to can't be polished. That would look just right.

It seems like you have some idea yourself how they look. So don t kid yourself take them off and powder coat them

 

What do you like? If you can't be an adult and make a decision about what what looks best to you then put up a poll and do exactly what the poll decides.

The rings have a function so adding them for that reason (protect $2 hundy wheels) is a great idea if you ask me.. and the OP did ask so .... yeah black is back so go black bro.
