No, just him. No other vehicles involved and no one hurt.

If I can squeeze Tundra brakes and a new steering rack out of it on top of the body/paint work, I won't be as pissed

Any idea what exactly did happen? I know on my first gen I did the tundra brake swap, don't know if your generation is the same as the 01-04 tacos though.

Same swap as on your 1st gen. I haven't done it yet and would like to, to help cover the extra weight.

He left it parked at my apartment one night, went to drive it the next day and said the steering was out of wack and all over the place when turning. Front driverside wheel came off. We've gone over the short route he drove over a handful of times and found 1 lug nut. The other one that sheared was still in the wheel. Guessing between the time that I parked it and he drove it, somehow we lost 4 lug nuts

Wow seriously wtf. Yea man if that is the case, all I did was just swap the calipers, bleed the lines, and threw on new rotors and that was it. Any guesses what happened? Considering it isn't his ride, I couldn't see him feeling compelled to just do maintenance on it for a day...def weird.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Someone was trying to steal your wheels?

Hey guys. I haven't been on here in a while. Is it ok to sell stuff in this thread? Rather keep it local for ease of sale. Planning on going back to stock in the near future.

I don't mind doing the maintenance myself. He's not very mechanically inclined and I need to clean up the pinch welds in there and trim around the bumper anyways. This will just get me more proactive to do it. After some paint and body, I don't think you'll be able to tell a difference and I might score a few mods out of it anyways.

Honestly, I have no clue. Would've been better off with the wheel being gone as I have a full size spare and I wouldn't need to go through insurance. Maybe someone was trying to steal the wheel and got spooked, who knows

Well I have a bunch of stuff but it's all still on the truck. I think the big stuff is going to be suspension, tires and the bumper.

Front or rear bumper? I am good with tires and suspension unless the price is perfect on suspension. Haha. Bunch of stuff sounds good too. I have a small list of small wants.

It's been a while since I've checked in on this thread! I've been spending most of my time on t4r.org since I've been working on the wife's 4runner a lot more lately.

I've got 4 brand new Spider Trax 1.25 wheel spacers left over that I didn't end up needing after getting the SCS'S. If anyone's interested I'm trying to sell them asking $180 for all 4.
