Sitting here thinking what else I can upgrade(or add) LED wise. I know..it's a disease
    thoughts, suggestions?

already retrofitted headlights, mirror signals, interior dome lights, map lights, 3rd brake light, tail lights. Not too hip on big LED light bars.
I had a member ask about custom fit raptor light "pods" that would fit perfect in the PRO grill mesh cutouts..

    DRL LED bar in skewp?
Side Fender markers like on the new raptors?
    Hit me!

First off let me semi-hijack and ask you how you like your interior dome lights? I actually thought about doing them today, even had the little pack of 'em in my hands at the Autozone, but I've never felt like my "plain old boring" bulbs were deficient, also I worry that I would park in a dark area and sear out my retinas when the LEDs kick in.

And now to feed your madness:
how about interior dash light retrofits? Speedo/Tach etc... might be cool to change up colors? maybe RGB? eh? eh?
Also the little center console cubby, front and center in front of the shifter: there IS already a single LED in there but it's a weaksauce little thing.
    Foot well lights?
Are you a batshit insane enough dood to make door sill protectors?
    :boink:

Regardless: keep up the good work man, I love seeing it.

Light up door sills like on the fords,
Better led in front cubby like mentioned above,
Led chicken lights for the cab roof... just throwing out ideas.

I was debating the same thing, then i changed mine and its a night and day difference they are bright and sometimes the eyes do need to adjust but when looking for stuff/map reading its awesome.

Dome lights are TOO DAMN BRIGHT. They work awesome, but at night it can be a little blinding if I forget to turn them off. I am thinking bout wiring in a light sensor in conjunction with a PWM dimmer..so in the day they are at 100% output, but at night they auto regulate to ~50% brightness..

Speedo/tach: I thought about this.. the cluster has decent backlighting right now, the color is MEH. RGB wouldn't be a bad idea...
Center console cuby led: Yes, I was looking at this the other day. My only concern is it being too bright/distracting since it's on the entire time headlights are on. I feel it should be dim and more of a "courtesy / map light". I will add it to my list of maybe's
Door sill protectors: Illuminated "TACOMA" sills would look SWEET. The current sills are flat vinyl, an illuminated sill would need to protrude up(to house the LED's, logo, etc).. no sure if that will interfere with the door closing and/or seal. Off to check measure..

Another mention for door sills..we might have something going here.
Cab lights can look good but hard to pull off. need the right rig, lights and proper layout for them to look decent IMO. Not sure if I want to drill holes in my roof. (yet)

And no I don't have that much free time, I tinker when I can:D

    Not necessarily upgrades, but additions...

    center console light
those cool cup holder lights newer mustangs have
    under-dash floorboard lights
the door sills would be cool as well, but would take some ingenuity to keep it thin
puddle lights (either in the mirror like you've already done, or under the body like underglow
glowing toyota logo like the new mercedes models
light-up TACOMA inserts for the tailgate (would require holes in the tailgate, but I'm fine with that)

probably more, but thats all I've got for now

How about a light up "TOYOTA" insert for the pro grill. Like replace the gray letters with frosted leds that you can select different colors at night.

Gas cap light, individual wheel lug lights, mudflap lights (so people can see you do in fact have mudflaps), crotch led (to send a subtle hint to your passenger), full 360 illuminated steering wheel, a light that only illuminates the switch to turn all the other lights on at once...I could keep going

Hell yes on the raptors for the pro grille. I don’t like the yellow/amber but if you made some white light LEDs I’d throw those in the grille asap
