There's a white one early on with the gun metal, but no silvers here or on the website. I like the gun metal on darker trucks for contrast. That's why I went with the bronze to contrast with the silver. If/when I get a soft topper, I'll get tan to complete the silver/black/bronze palette.

Looks good. my hope is to attach my TRD caps to the plastic caps that came with my wheels for some contrast in wheel depth. I haven't done anything to my truck in a year, and I want to do a little something to spiff it up a bit. Other, bigger mods (U.S. Offroad hidden winch bumper, skid plate, soft topper) are on hold until after I graduate.

I wish he had them in the dark gun metal. It's really what I'm after for more contrast. I like the lighter gun metals, but really want more contrast. Not sure how I feel about black. Looks good, but I see it everywhere.

Yeah, blacked out wheels create a void in the wheel wells: Black tire, black wheel, black lugs, shadows. Not for me. I agree, if the gun metals were slightly darker, that'd be cool. Here's the main reason I HAD to have bronze:

BIG BIG BIG thumbs up to FN Wheels. When my wheels arrived 18 months ago, they were installed at Pep Boys, sans center caps. I don't know if Pep Boys lost the hex screws that hold the caps on our what, but they were never found. I finally got around to picking up some TRD center caps, but was unable to put them on the truck due to missing hex screws. I contacted FN and they swiftly sent out a set of hex screws and wrench.

Popping out the original centers of the caps was tough. It seems they were assembled before paint, so the paint essentially glued the two pieces together. I had to use an X-acto blade in a few spots to get the separated. Filing was a piece of cake with each cap taking a shorter time to complete. The most frustrating part was popping the new TRD caps into the housing. I finally wised up with the fourth cap, after pinching my palms so badly on the first three they bled. I put on some shop gloves for the final cap- something I'd suggest to anyone doing this mod. My wheels finally look complete 18 months later :)

Hi guys, what is the required torque value (Ft-lbs) to mount these Five Star wheels? I just ordered mine the other day with some spline drive lugs.

Just got my gunmetal 16x8 -25 wheels too! Paired with 265/75 Bridgestone Revo2's. Center caps were out of stock but should ship in a few weeks. My truck is more or less stock height, I have 5100s on the front set at the first or second notch. The tires are taller than the 31x10.5s I was running before so they did rub a bit. I trimmed the backside of the fender liners but there's still some rubbing in reverse so I'll probably hammer the pinch welds flat tomorrow.

Overall I couldn't be happier with the wheels! They each stick out about 2" farther that my factory 15" alloys, and the difference in stability is noticeable. The color is great and I love the depth of the concave spokes with this offset. Excellent customer service too, would not hesitate to order from FN again.

LOL I want mine to be a spank bank!!
I'm torn between a couple sets of wheels, SCS SR8, SCS F5 (both impossible to get) OR these! Which I really like, clean, simple and great offset.
However, I'm not too keen on how dark the bronze is.. would love to see a set of 17" on black.

They're not that dark in person. Especially if you wipe them down from time to time so they shimmer at the right angle. I have the 16" on my '13, but I think the 17" looks proportionally right for the 3rd gen.

I may have been misunderstood, the FN wheels aren't dark enough for my taste. Still look great and tempted by them if SCS doesn't work out for me..
Hard to tell by the photos, do these have a slight concave bowl shape to them? or are they flat faced?

    Still got these?
How they holding up in our climate and conditions?
Checked in with Kyle about a set. Quick response, great price! Black 17" in stock but no bronze...
Having a hard time deciding tho, black looks really good. FN bronze is a bit light.

So tempting... silver in 16", quicksand, manual with lighter weight rims and it is already really fast. Must have more power.

It's either this or camera gear...Hobbies am I right?

    3" toytec/bilstein coilover with AAL
285/75/16 General Grabbers with FN Fivestar wheels. Dustin was the absolute best to deal with. Highly recommend. They also look amazing on the truck with the stance they give! Drives 10x better after lift.
