Here are some pics. You can see the rivet above the area for the bolt. Completely in the way. The rivets in the middle all line up with predrilled holes.

I am guessing the other side is going to give me problems in the same place along with this spot, not even sure what to do with this metal here, not even sure what this is or does.

And the final picture is how it will look at some point, lol

thanks! i think it is but would be great if it was only 1 side. Did the driver side give you trouble with this area? guessing this needs to be relocated or something?

The All-Pros I have had holes drilled in the mounting plates to accommodate your original bolt issue and possibly the rivets. I'm wondering if either the ones you got weren't meant for that specific model, or if things changed or something from when the original design was fab'd. They've also got a bolt/stud on them to put that bracket back on... at least on one side. The other side doesn't, but there's a hole there that kind of lines up with the current bracket hole...

And just so you don't feel bad, mine require ten holes be drilled in the frame for proper mounting (four along the bottom, one in the side toward the rear, both sides). Which is why they're still not on the truck, as I still haven't had that done. So yeah... 'bolt-on'*. Also, there's a brake line clip where one of the bolts needs to go, and they didn't come with a solution for that. I'm hesitant to just eliminate the clip since it creates a long run with no support, but at one point I had a solution worked out. I've just forgotten it. :D

*Yes, there are 100% bolt-on designs out there. But I still bet none of them are actually that easy - something always doesn't go according to plan.
