    Got an email from one of the other retired Navy guys that I hunt with in SD. He is a retired Navy Chaplin Captain and served with the Navy, Coast Guard and Marines. Because that is how it works. When 911 happened he was fishing on the Potomac with another Captain, a Line Officer, Lenny they heard the explosion at the Pentagon. Said he was pretty busy after that and will not talk much about it. He opened Congress in prayer a number of times while he was there. I am no longer "religious" I used to be, but we get along pretty well and he is a hell of a guy.

    Yesterday he took his father on an honor flight. His father was 18 at Gautama Canal. He also attached a bunch of pictures showing the history of a Navy EOD Petty Officer who had an IED explode in Afghanistan on him. Heck of a story about Taylor and his wife that stayed by him through everything. One hell of a story. If you every need a lift to restore your faith in those coming up through the ranks, or the strength of Americans in general, well worth the read. Taylor and his wife.
