The best is the wiper speed was directly related to engine speed (vacuum) so when you were wheeling they were practically worthless. I remember a snow day snow run in my Dads old IH Scout... first and last. Of course as the passenger it was my chore to get out and wipe all the snow off the windshield once the wiper motor got overwhelmed.

He replaced that Scout with another one that he swapped a chevy 350 motor and a four speed into it. That one had a different color for each body panel had a drivers side door that was possessed and would pop open randomly so you'd drive with one hand on the handle at all times. Fun memories.

Americas tire is still better then big o. they wont go above 3% larger then the sticker size on the door. they actually checked it and told me no. there loss of $1000+ but if there by the book and don't want to break CA laws and regs then that's there loss. I am curios is that actually the law/rule. you cant go over 3% of stock or there made up rule.

They mounted 37s on my truck, are the laws new? scratch that I just remembered that I brought the wheels in separate thats probably how I got away with it.

wanted to share my experience with a bike rack called the Tail-Gator
    https://www.amazon.com/Tail-Gator-B...93078940&sr=8-1&keywords=tail+gator+bike+rack

It its a pretty sweet piece! I was in need of a rack that used only the tailgate for mounting and this is just about the only one on the market. My hitch is behind my license plate so those were out and I do not have enough bed space to run one of those fancy Dakine pads on the gate. Enter the Tail-Gator, I am pumped at how sturdy it is and the fit and finish is top quality. If a 2 bike, tail gate only rack fits your needs look no further.

that was a few yrs back. Im not sure if its a real law or Big O's made up BS. to tell customers its law and not just there dumb ass rule. either way they lost my business. they didn't say i could bring them in off the truck and I really didn't care at that point im sure i could of as long as i didn't tell them its for a Tacoma.

I misread anyway, my experience was with Americas tire and not Big O. Carry on :anonymous:
