    I feel that with motorcycles having that fear is what in many cases will keep you alive..

    loud pipes do save lives..

    constant awareness is everything and at all times have in idea of where you would ditch if you had no other choice in efforts of avoiding collision etc.

    I'm not really a fan of riding around here, which is a shame because I love being on a bike. Where I grew up, in upstate NY, and even in VA, there were lots of great rides with minimal traffic and awesome views. I really miss having easy access to those types of riding areas. There would be some nice roads to ride around here if it weren't for all the other idiots on the road.
