    I lived in upstate NY for 3 years and you don't find many outdoor skating rinks there anymore. But growing up in Texas I can skate pretty good

    That sounds more accurate!

    I put them on with DeWalt 1/4" drive 20 volt impact which is 1400 in-lb (116ish ft-lb) and then I go back and do another full turn with a socket. I have a bad habit of over doing things though.
