    Hi All!

So as most of you know we are working through our second year as a business and are looking for continuous improvement.

I started this thread to ask you as a customer or a member to comment on what you'd like to see us do to improve. Can be on anything we make, how we handle situations, anything.

One of the biggest things we are pushing toward this year is quicker lead times. All of our bed accessories are now in stock and we ship in 1-2 business days. Our items like bumpers, sliders, skid plates and recovery bars have lead times. We are pushing to get that down too. Skids are almost a stock item to ship within 1-2 business days.

I look forward to reading your comments.

No, but in all seriousness, I've got your guys' sliders, locking storage doors, and bed/tailgate reinforcements. All top notch work and super happy with it all, even though my wallet hurts everytime I pay that shipping from Maryland to California...:(

I get it. That is something we continue to try to improve is shipping cost. It is a fight and has been in the top focus since day 1.

Ughhhh. Shipping and logistics :annoyed:. We are a shipping/logistics company that just happens to fabricate offroad parts.

Haha, seriously. Shipping/ Logistics is the absolute worst, hardest thing about this line of work.

Oh I don't doubt it, I keep coming back though! Shipping is a small price to pay, and cross country doesn't make it any easier!

Maybe open up the idea to sell to places like 4wp and stock your items in their warehouse. More business, less lead time, less freight cost per item.

    We've looked into this before.

Here is what most companies want:

    1) Large discount so they can mark up the product and sell it.
    2) Us to drop ship from our location which means we are still doing all the work but for less money.
    3) Stock, which is hard to do because we are such a small company still.
