It's painted red. The red anodized finish turned pink years ago. It got sandblasted then painted. Looks good, but has some rock chips. So I'll probably strip it down again and repaint it.

    Gotcha!
Red can fade with frequent direct sunlight or salty weather.
The plus side is they'll last forever, you can repaint them over and over again.

    Yep. Very easy to do.
I've sent a few random people to your page after they stopped and asked about it. Don't know if they bought anything. Its really funny seeing kids reactions when they see it. Heard a teenager at mcdonalds tell his buddy he wanted to get one for his car. His buddy said "that's a toyota emblem and you drive a fu**ing honda".

I can leave one uncoated (only black anodize) for you so you can do the polishing.
I haven't done polishing on Batman yet but if you have a black granite surface table or any Good flat surface you can purchase sand paper and work your way until you achieve a mirror finish.

    Not hard, just time consuming.

I'm really liking that model t emblem to replace the Toyota emblem on my 2011

I haven't done any measuring yet but on the website it has the large t listed out of stock until mid march. I'm guessing there probably back on stock but just wanted to check

How do we get hooked up with the Tacoma world discount?

I'm working on getting more available as I'm doing the brushed aluminum finish on them.
I'll check when I get home

:( I suppose it's only a few weeks away... For the two reds, or polished vs non I think, any outside pics? is it a matte vs shiny type of deal? Wife saw @ChadsPride 's last cars & coffee so now I have the green light :D

I've got the anodized red. Soooo pretty and honestly, the photos don't even do it justice.

Thanks for the pics! Just trying to decide as the Taco and 4Runner are both red and want whichever closely matches. But either way I'm sure it'll be sweet!

It's kind of a dark red. Certainly not as bright as I was expecting, but I'm very pleased with the color. Here's another pic from the day I got the horns:
