After my winch install the one thing I would like to do is make some quick-connect fittings near the battery for the power and ground cables so they're not hooked up to the battery constantly. When I go exploring I can simply hook them up via the connectors and move on without any tools.
Where can I find something like that? Does this make sense?

Something like this but for a 4-6G wire

Can you see the "products discussed in this thread" at the bottom of the page? There are two options in there.

I had a switch on my winch (it came with one) and I really liked it. I don't like plugs.

This may make me sound like a plebeian, but I'm neither from Rome nor that century, so sadly I cannot comment on his apparent greatness...

Haha, I've had the beer. I was just being literal and facetious

Not a big IPA fan, though, so... my spelling was correct?

Why replace the needle bearings when you can just replace the part and have more peace of mind?

When you replace them make sure to clean all the old grease from everything and inspect all surfaces the needle bearings come in contact with for wear. If you find any wear, replace the part. Good luck.
