People like this in the Bay Area drive me nuts. If they were willing to move 30-45 minutes away they could have a much better lifestyle. One complains about a $8 bagel and $12 fresh pressed juice. Do these things happen in the bay area, yes but they are not the norm. If someone is price conscience you can live a nice lifestyle with a small family on $150-250k a year. You may not own a house in San Francisco, Los Altos or Woodside but you could own a house a little further away. And hey, maybe you could make your bagel and orange juice at home and save some more money. Freaking morons.

I know some younger people that make $150k+ year that are single and broke. They fly first class, they lease a mid size luxury car or SUV, they go out several nights a week buying drinks that cost $20/drink and dinner for $100/meal and then whine that they are broke and it is so expensive to live here. Maybe there should be a mandatory college class for people to take that teaches them how to budget and live within their means.

That's not the saddest part. The saddest part is when the grandkids find it they will probably think, "wow grandma was cool and sassy"
and when brought to the grandma she probably won't be embarrassed
