Im surprised that you didn't humbly ask...I will, but before I do I want to speak to management and would like this in some written form.

Yea, but I mean there has to be a credible charge? Its like talking to a cop during a traffic stop and inquiring about the situation. I almost never am silent about getting pulled over. At the same time, seldom would the cop ask "are you being difficult son" as most of the time they know I am honestly asking about what I did to improve next time.

I would doubt your work would be that worried about their employees actions if it is something this common like issues at a local dealership.

Long story short, I did some research and found that the front body mounts (radiator support) were worn out after 15k miles. I r&r'd them with Energy Suspension Poly mounts and the shaking is gone. I took the worn mounts in to the dealer and showed them and asked why they weren't inspected. They had no answer.

We shall see where this goes. In the meantime, I now have to drive to another dealership 1 hour away to get serviced.[/QUOTE]

Sorry to hear about this...just wondering where you located the aftermarket mounts? Thanks and good luck

Ah true OP, hopefully you were able to atleast get his contact info to communicate to corporate. Considering that they have a lot of changes in management, might be curious if Toyota already has him on their radar. I would think with a guy with that attitude running the place, being that open about sensitive things like this and having little regard for the customer, that he might not last long.

Let's face it some people can really rile you up and bring out the worst in a normally polite reserved person. I'm not talking about assault though, like Smitty recounted! Having said that sometimes you're the better person for just chilling out and not let the pricks of the world get to you. Focus on the issue, and try to be kind and understanding. It's hard sometimes, but some folks just don't get it and need a lot of help and consideration.

Dude - there is 190 folks in here.... The dealer sounds like an ass - only knowing your side of the story, I hope the dealer gets hammered on in this situuation. The Yota dealers up here have been awesome!! Now a Subaru dealer I have had issues with.

Very true, I think also if you can keep the communication accurate and professional I think that can help things too. OP, I think you did what you could in the best possible manner for yourself. Its not your responsibility that a dealership cant handle honest constructive criticism. Considering you have been a Toyota owner and loyal customer for many years, I would think corporate might see your side pretty well.

This will def be a good lesson learned for all of us, regardless of the final outcome.

He hates it so much that he loves bashing on them, but refuses to get rid of it to take a 4k negative hit on, but will spend $1500+ in mods for it instead of putting it towards the principal to get it out of the red.
