    yea

that makes sense... I drive an hour / hour 15 minutes each day like clockwork and I dont ENJOY it... but I dont MIND it too much (and I'm just coming back to some crappy townhouse in Ashburn... I think I'll like it a lot better when I'm coming home to my little acre of heaven. haha

I found when we were in the townhouse in Centreville, I would just hang out at work, usually the last one to leave. Now 430 and I'm gone!

A standard 8'x7' door will run you around $370, plus another 250 or so on the install. It is for a non-insulated door, but installing insulation yourself is pretty easy to do on your own.

Morning ritual... wake up, get ready, be at work at 6, make coffee, drink coffee, take a poo, then work out. Like clockwork.

    Where do you work?
Being able to take my morning consitutional at work would be great.
@Me. Projekt. So one downside to long drive is coffee usually hits part way into the drive. So I've been resourceful and know most of the best parks to stop at for poo breaks

I work at an undisclosed government facility in the mountains... lol Can talk about it off line sometime.

It's not that I don't trust any of you guys, but I don't trust any of you guys! Lol If you work for the gov, you probably know what I'm talking about anyways!

It's not in my building, it's actually several hundred yards away, and not going to lie, some days that de-motivates from going, especially when the weather is nasty. Lol

I also live pretty much at the bottom of the mountain... I have a 10 minute commute. I know that will not be the case for my next job... I'm just hoping I can find something somewhere else besides the D.C. area.

Does anyone else have the problem of not being able to drink coffee black because it gives you heartburn too bad? Getting old/military has given me some heartburn problems like no other! It sucks! Now I'm having to put milk in my coffee. Lol

Never liked coffee. I drink my caffeine cold. Usually tea or coke. I try not to drink too much and drink more warer, cause kidney stones suck.

I went the other way, used to have milk and sugar in my coffee. When I lived out of airports and hotels for a few years I switched to black coffee. No heartburn issues though.

I used to drink sweet tea everyday, literally! That's what I grew up on in Texas. No kidney stones though. I have significantly slowed down on it though and incorporated more water this year, trying to shed a few pounds. Wife makes good food, but it's southern style and super fattening lol
