$310 repair bill from the shop, somehow it wasn't the shift star or the trans arm. The actuator in between bent and broke and metal fragments were inside when the mechanic pulled the case off. Not what i wanted to hear

 

now its better though

 

ice and speed dont mix well on two wheels, im looking at frame sliders or something to prevent this in the future but i dont think anyone make anything like that for this model

 

two words... studded tires

 

that might happen, would they be removable for summer use or would a need another set of tires?

 

You wouldn't want to remove them. Putting them in is bad enough.

Uh idk. I did intake and fender eliminator on my grom but it has an exhaust too. I want to buy stunt parts eventually but it's not high on the list seeing as it isn't tagged yet

 

grom is $300 more. Im happy now. Need to practice wheelies.

I am thinking hard about a 12 bar/rear subcage

 

But isn't everything cheaper for the grom?

 

its all the same. Plus/minus a couple bucks. Not worth changing brands
