You could also donate to a local charity if its in decent shape. Then you can write it off on your taxes as a donation. Just another thought.

If your going to scrap it, at least jump it first. I hear you can make good money selling tickets to shoot at it... and still get scrap.

Does it run ok? If so, put a for sale sign in the window and park it near the high school. Some kid will pick it up for a grand...

If it is still in decent shape, and still has an inspection sticker, sell it on Craigslist. My brother sold his first Neon on CL for $1000 in 5 hours because it was inspected for another year and a half.

Morning all! Happy Friday! :woot: :bananadance:

Looks like we're back to summer blend gas at the local gas station. Tanked up this morning and this was what the gauge was reading when I pulled into the parking lot at work:

It's only about 10 miles from the gas station I use to the office, but I've been averaging 20 on my commute, not 26.
I won't hold this average for the whole tank, I'm sure. Driving on the highway hurts it because I'm usually set the cruise control at 77-78, and driving across town kills it off because of the stoplights. But, definitely back on summer blend with an average like this during my commute.

    Ricers.

The last couple weeks I've noticed it at the stations I typically fill up at. Was getting ~18-20 and now getting ~24-26 on my commute (20 back road miles).

Morning. Waiting for our IT guy to come and fix my machine, so I may be on here a lot this morning.

What's everyone doing this weekend? I'm going to Pittsburg, NH to help a buddy clear his building lot. About 12 trees to drop.

    Little bit of stuff.
I've got a darts tournament tomorrow in Framingham, then possibly going up to Kennebunk Sunday to meet my mom and swap vehicles so I can get hers up to snuff for inspection in July.

Man the ride into work sucked for me today! Everything was OK then I turn onto a street and traffic was stopping ahead of me. When the road finally straightens out I can see far ahead that a garbage truck is picking up trash. 1 maybe 2 cars go around it then a steady stream of cars come from the other direction then 1 or 2 cars can go around etc etc etc. Anyways he started 1/4 mile ahead of me and the line of cars behind me went as far as I could see. Took me over 10 minutes to go 1 mile. Mother Fucker made me late!

I haven't tanked the F150 in 3 weeks because I've been driving vintage lately. I drove the '69 all last week, weekend, and Monday of this week. And then since it's been raining I drove the '84 Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday. So we may have switched blends last week or the week before, but I didn't notice.

I thought you were excited about having twins in the garage?
