    Anyone have any close up pictures of a 40' light bar mounted to a Prinsu rack. Trying to figure this out now. Not to happy with the way these mount. Light wants to spin even if you really tighten it up. Don't want to over tighten. Ideas?

    I bought a light bar through the January group buy. Just getting around to installing it. When I plug It in to 12v, all it it does is blink, I get 12v at the plug for the light, but when I plug it in the relay cycles and the light blinks. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Sorry for the late reply, I was out of town with limited reception. Did you get my email?

    I'm guessing it might be the switch, if you can at +12V to the blue wire, let me know what happens. The blue wire is what triggers the relay, if the relay continues to flash, then it might be bad if not it's the switch.

    Didn't get an email.
    I swapped out relays, didn't make a difference
    The switch seems to work ok until I plug in the light. When the light is plugged in the red light on the switch goes off. When i turn on the switch the light blinks. When I apply 12v directly to the plug for the light it blinks. So I think the harness is ok.

    Ok, I just wanted to be sure. The relay clicks on and off when you apply power to the blue wire and attaching the light can't cause the relay to flash because power is only flowing out of the relay and not back to it, and since the fuses isn't blowing I think the light can be ruled out.

    If you want to send me the harness I can test it with a light I have here?
