Arc flash has had me concerned, but I figured if I'm gonna get hit my beard won't make a bit of difference so I let her go.

 

I heard a while back and have used to good success mustard. Legs cramp starts do a teaspoon of yellow mustard. I usually just go gung-ho and do 2 tablespoons but that's me. Has worked great. 2-5 minutes and no cramps. Wife says it's the vinegar and to drink pickle juice but I stick to mustard.

 

I found a natural leg cramp medicine at walgreens. Works good for my gas pedal leg plumber knee cramps.

 

Haven't tried that. I use rice filled sock.

Good morning everyone, had a bad day at work yesterday, put me in a foul mood. I hate fixing other people's screw ups. I am the go to guy to fix things, gets old, then my work gets behind. Rant over. Got the lawn mowed yesterday, have rain in the forecast. Enjoy the day

Morning everyone. I haven't checked in for awhile but I hope things are well with everyone. Eight months ago it was just me and the wife, in October my son moved back home and two weeks ago my daughter's family moved back from Florida. She lives about 2 miles away and we are buddy breathing them until they can get on their feet. I love them all and it's great having them around but it just goes to show ya how life can change. Like my old man would say...never fall in love with your plan. I hope y'all have a great day and stay safe.

We are a sorry bunch.
Went back to bed and got another four hours.
So I'm up now and I think will start on the divots and cracks in the drive. Will also spray the roof to try to kill the moss that is growing. Way to much moisture. I may take the pressure washer out and hit the glider. Got surface mold on it so will do that then start painting it.

 

Good morning Jeff, yes life if full of curve balls. As long as there health is good, I guess that is all that matters.
